The whole process took 2 months. It started with a phone call with the team lead and someone from HR. The final stage was in-person, involving a team case study where we had to plan survival for the first few days on a deserted island.

Application deadlines were at the end of November, and I was told I'd hear back within two weeks. I didn't hear anything, so I assumed I hadn't gotten through. Then, on a Thursday afternoon in early February, I got an email asking me to attend an assessment centre in Deeside the following Monday at 8:30 am. This gave me less than four days' notice to travel from North East England to Wales, book accommodation and trains, and reschedule an exam. The assessment centre itself was actually quite good and informative. There were eight of us, and we all had the same experience of being notified only a few days before, leaving minimal time to prepare for the assessment centre and interview, let alone the logistics of getting there. I was then invited for a final interview, again with less than a week's notice during term time. I was told all the interviews (for three or four of us) were scheduled for that week in early March. We were informed we'd hear back by the beginning of May at the latest, but most likely by mid-April. I never heard back, despite emailing several times asking for an update or feedback. The interviews themselves were good, and the interviewers were lovely. However, having to travel to a remote location in Wales during term time with almost no notice, no compensation for transport, especially when the final interview could have been conducted online (it was a 30-45 minute interview), and then not receiving a response, makes me very glad I didn't get an offer.

I got hired through the SPES program of our City Government. I just applied to our City Hall and my application was forwarded to Toyota Motor Philippines. Then, we were scheduled to take an exam then have an interview with the HR. As far as I know, it is almost impossible to fail because they would let you retake the examination. First exam would be the general exam which contains Abstract Reasoning and Reading Comprehension. After that, you would attend a seminar regarding the company and would take an exam after the discussion. You have to pass it!
