Project Engineer
RRHH interview followed by an invitation for an assessment test with two different approaches. Then, there were two Senior Manager rounds with several technical questions. Finally, the Hiring Manager conducted a deep dive interview, including case situations related to your previous role.

Engineer
After an initial phone call, I was invited for an on-site interview. I had to check in at the security desk and then went to the company's lobby. The HR person was on time and greeted me, then I had an interview with both the HR person and a Manager. First, they asked general questions about my internship experience and my motivation, and then they moved on to more technical questions specific to the position.
- For a mandatory internship (company discovery), how were your relationships with the existing operators?
Engineer
The first interview starts with an introduction in Japanese and then a discussion on professional knowledge. After that, I inquired if Guangzhou is too far from home, given my origin in Shanxi Province, and also asked about the lack of engagement from state-owned enterprises in Shanxi. Following this initial interview, there's a technical test, an interview with the technical director, and finally, an interview with the department leader.
- Is Guangzhou too far from your home and why haven't so many state-owned enterprises in Shanxi tried?
