I was brought into an office with the branch owner and supervisor. After introductions, they told me they needed an apprentice and mentioned a recommendation they received about me. After some discussion, I was offered a trial week, with the possibility of a long-term position.

First, there was an aptitude test. Then, a group discussion. The candidates who got selected from the GD had a technical and HR interview the next day. About 200 people took the written test, 50 got selected for GD, and 28 were short-listed for the final interview round.

So after an aptitude test and a GD, there were 3 rounds of interviews. First was HR, then 2 rounds with the team. The whole thing took 5 days. Be warned, you wait in the lobby for a long time, it's unforgettable if you get the job. The aptitude test was just general stuff, no tech questions. The GD had about 7-8 people, and they picked 9 for HR out of 35-40. The HR round was all behavioral, focusing on how you present your answers and what's on your resume. Then, the first tech interview (Manager and 2 DGMs) was about college projects, internships, teamwork, how you solve problems, share credit, and take initiative. The last interview (GM, Manager, 2 DGMs) was a case study, testing how you react to pressure and solve problems in tough spots, and if your character fits the job. This last one is the hardest if you're fresh out of college. Make eye contact and keep your answers concise, they like that.
