Behavioral Other

The interview process felt like it had maybe 1 or 2 questions actually related to the job, with the rest being more assessment-based (around 15 questions in total, covering personality, ethics, and hypothetical scenarios). They didn't even ask about my job history, possibly to avoid influencing the base pay rate, which is the same for everyone regardless of prior experience. I'm not sure I see the point of their interview process; they could have saved us both the trouble and done it over the phone. The whole thing felt awkward and took about 15 minutes.

Behavioral Technical

The panel who interviewed me made me feel at ease. They asked me about how my previous experience will help if I get the position, my experience with Microsoft package, and how I react when I do something I really don't like. In general they asked you about your experience and personality. I believe I did not get the position because I did not elaborate and prepare the answers carefully.

  • What's your experience using Microsoft Office Suite?

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process started with a phone screen and then moved to an on-site interview. The tour is a part of the interview, so make sure you do it right. They are looking for problem solving and hands-on experience. Bring a sample of your problem-solving work and prepare for it. The hiring manager is pretty tough but seems like he wants to make sure you did the work and not somebody else. I got too nervous because I was not sure if I gave the right examples. I guess he wants to make sure the examples are real.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Can you describe a situation you encountered during the tour and how you handled it?
  • What kind of situational questions were asked during the tour?
