First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Towne Properties.
Community Service Administrator
The interview process was lengthy. It started with a recorded video where I answered pre-determined questions, then a remote interview with someone from corporate, and finally an in-person interview at the local office.
- Describe a situation where you had to handle a challenging customer.
Training Specialist
The manager was great and answered all my questions. They offer very good training, and there are multiple management levels who are helpful and willing to step in if you have questions. They have different kinds of training available for people new to the business.
- What hours are you looking for and are you flexible?
Leasing Professional
A recruiter from corporate emailed me to set up a phone interview. After I registered, I got a confirmation and the interview was automatically added to my calendar. The recruiter asked about my past work, skills, and what I've done. She also explained the job and let me ask questions. She said she'd suggest me to the community manager and call me back to schedule an in-person meeting. The next day, the community manager emailed me to set up the face-to-face interview. She also asked about my experience and what she was looking for in a leasing professional for a part-time role. The day after that, the community manager called with a job offer. The next day, I went in to do the paperwork for a background check and take a drug test. I started working a few days after that.
- Could you please share some information about your background and explain your interest in working for Towne Properties?
Association Manager
The interview process had three interviews. First, a phone call with the Recruiter, who was nice and professional. Then, a Skype call with the Hiring Manager since I was moving. The questions were focused on the job and my skills, experience, and personality, like a chat. The Hiring Manager was also professional and kind. The last interview was in person and I got the job offer, which I accepted.
- Can you share three of your biggest strengths?
