I first chatted with the recruiting team, which was quick and nice. Then I did a recruiter screen, met with the Director, and finally talked to the person I'd be replacing. A few hours later, I got an automated rejection email. When I asked why, they said it was probably a mistake because of internal recruiting changes and I'd get feedback later. A week passed with no word, so I followed up with the recruiter but got no reply. I messaged another recruiter involved, still nothing. On my third try, someone replied in 15 minutes with the same generic rejection email I was initially told was sent by mistake. I was really into this job and company, so the lack of communication and clarity was a bummer. Getting that far and then having trouble getting a basic response is rough. Good, steady communication is super important for candidates, and this just didn't cut it.

You apply online and if you meet the qualifications, an AI will schedule you for an interview. If you pass that, you'll have a group interview. If selected from there, you do an instant drug screen and then get in touch with the manager to set up your start date.

Scheduling the interview was difficult, and I had trouble finding the place. I was under the impression it was an open house, but I didn't see anyone else there. It's possible others came before or after, but during my visit, it was just me and one recruiter. Before I was even told about the job or asked any real interview questions, I was drug tested on the spot. I noticed on the paperwork that benefits don't kick in until after a year of employment, which was a major deal-breaker for me. Jobs like this are often 'urgently hiring.'

First you have a phone call, then an in-person meeting. They want to know if you like dealing with all types of people. They also ask about your schedule outside of work, 'cause they can work around employees who are currently in school. Then you meet with some managers and they decide which jobs best suit you, like cashier, doorman, or valet.
