First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at TowerPoint.
Director of Acquisitions
First a video interview and second round is in person, where you have to present and "teach" the interviewer about a recent macro-economic event, presumably so they can gauge your sales ability. Very interesting and refreshing.
- Describe a recent macro-economic event, including its triggers and effects.
Director of Acquisitions
Interviewed with the manger, VP and then the President and then the CEO. It was a very long process and you had to be in office to do the interview. They asked tough questions about finance and real estate even though it has nothing to do with the position.
- Can you tell us why you are the right person for this job?
Data Researcher
I sent in my resume and then got a call for an interview. I met with a few different people and then about 5 days later, I got the offer. It was a really fast and easy process. I'd do this interview again even though I hate interviews, but knowing what I know now, I wouldn't work there.
- Wanted to know about my experience with cellular towers.
- Wanted to know about my experience with computers and internet research.
Market Coordinator
I was called by phone to learn about the job and the company, and to be invited for an interview. The interview lasted about 40 minutes and was held in a conference room with a welcoming atmosphere; they offered me drinks. It included questions about my strengths and weaknesses, a past job or life accomplishment, and my personal mission statement.
- What is your personal mission statement?
