it was a 2 hour technical interview with the team lead, where they asked about my experience and projects. They had me choose the most relevant project to the job and then asked more technical questions. After that, I had one more HR interview which was very standard.

first houman resource call, then i had a techincal interview onsite where i was asked 3 questions: 2 geometrical questions about how to define a polygon and how to determine if a single point is inside the polygon area, and a recursion question with on the call stack. after this i had a game/test on phone and finally an HR interview.

I got a call from a recruiter at TowerJazz who asked me about my resume and what was on it. Within a week, a manager called and went into more detail about my resume and experience, and asked if I had questions. He told me he wanted to set up an in-person interview. On the day of the in-person interview, I first interviewed with HR, and then was taken to a room for a panel interview. This was the toughest part, with questions about electrical schematics, basic electric theory, transistors, robotics, and similar topics. The more correct answers I gave, the more questions they asked. The in-person interview lasted almost an hour. After that, I toured the company and left.

The interview process started with a general CV review. Most questions focused on project management, with only a few technical ones. It wasn't too difficult if you have management experience. Be prepared for personal management questions too. The questions aren't hard if you have management experience, including with management software. After the interview, there was a 4-hour psychometric test covering general knowledge, math, logic, and English. This test was also pretty easy. You don't get the results, just a yes or no. The whole process involved two site visits and took two weeks: two interviews, an HR interview, an IQ test, and negotiations.
