Attorney
The interview process was quick and easy. It was a great experience, and everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful, assisting based on my specific needs.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Document Reviewer
I interviewed at Tower for a position they needed to fill quickly, and it was a really good experience overall. The people I talked to were nice but also professional. The office location in downtown Minneapolis was great, and no topics were off-limits. It's definitely a good idea to ask a lot of questions about the job when you get the chance, so you can figure out if it's the right fit for you.
- Do you have experience with Ringtail or Relativity software?
Document Review Attorney
It was pretty standard, like most interviews. They asked about my background, first generally as an attorney, and then more specifically as a document review attorney. They also went over some details on my resume. Then we talked about when I could start and how much I wanted to make. I asked them about working at Tower, like what the job would entail, the hours, who the client was, and the estimated end date for the project.
- Have you used relativity before?
Analyst
The interview was fast and direct. We talked about my background, previous jobs, and education. Then we discussed my interest in the skills and requirements specific to the role. All in all, it was a fast, good interview process with 2-3 stages before the final/on-site interview.
- Can you describe your background and previous experiences, and how your educational qualifications align with the role?
- Are you interested in the skills and requirements specific to this position?
