It was a total of 5 interviews, first with an external agency, then with the internal recruiter, and then with the leaders of the marketing and ecommerce teams from Spain and Mexico. The first few were online, and the last one was at the Manresa offices, which was quite inconvenient to get to from Barcelona.

The recruitment team was really on top of things throughout the whole hiring process. They were super pushy, even aggressive, when it came to the salary negotiation. They stressed the importance of coming into the office a lot, even though it's supposed to be a hybrid remote and in-office setup. They weren't very clear about what I'd actually be doing or the scope of the job, which made me feel a bit unsure.
