Applied online with resume, cover letter, and short answer questions. Also had a friend of a friend follow-up. Interview process: 1) Pre-recorded video questions, 2) HR video skype, 3) 2-on-1 video skype with people from different departments, 4) 1-on-1 video skype case about new market entry, 5) phone call with strategy manager with several tough mini case questions, 6) final round in Brooklyn office (paid for travel from Chicago myself). Got a basic rejection email saying to keep in touch, but two follow-up emails got no response, so they didn't mean it. Very drawn out process with little feedback. Not worth applying if you don't have the time/patience.
