My first chat was with the recruiter, Nicole, and it went for about an hour. It was a really nice and open chat. It wasn't like a normal interview where they just ask boring questions, it felt more like a real conversation. We talked about a bunch of stuff, and it felt like chatting with a friend. I think they did this on purpose to make me feel more comfortable, and it worked! It helped me relax before the next stage. Right after that, I spoke with the lead developer, who I'd be working with a lot. This one was more like a standard interview, with direct questions about my skills and experience. He wanted to see if I had what it takes to help the dev team and if we'd get along. It was also a good chat, and all the questions were spot-on. My last interview was with the Chief Strategist, and it was at a Starbucks near my place, which was a bit unusual but worked for both of us. It was super laid-back and mostly about getting to know each other. He wanted to make sure I'd fit in with the whole company, not just the dev team. We talked for nearly two hours about my past jobs, what I thought of them, and what I'm looking for in this role. It was a great conversation and gave me a clear idea of what's expected from me and what the company offers. I really liked how they approach interviews; they put a lot of effort into finding the right person, considering many things, which I think leads to a great work environment.

So I had this phone interview with a hiring manager. It seemed to go well and went longer than I expected. They told me about the company and the job, and I asked some questions. Then we set up an in-person interview. The in-person interview was pretty long, like 2 hours. First, I had to do a Wonderlic IQ test on paper, even though I already did one online before the phone interview. Then I talked to each hiring manager separately for about 30 minutes. They asked me some weird questions, like 'How many ping pong balls fit in a 747?' A few days later, they emailed me saying I didn't get the job.

It's an easy and fast process, you can't go wrong. If they like your resume, they'll call you within a couple of days. The questions are mostly experience-based, looking for the duration of your previous jobs, previous education, and knowledge of the field.
- Can you tell me about your previous work experience?
- What is your educational background?
- What is your knowledge of this field?
Business Intelligence Engineer
The interview process had 3 main steps. First, I had a recruiter call to discuss the role and my background. Then, I went to the office for a behavioral test and got an overview of the company's operations. After that, I had an interview with the team's Manager and CTO, where we talked about my experience and skills, and I was asked some basic SQL and data management questions. The CTO also had a long, thorough discussion about technology and operations. The final step was more of an introduction to the team members I'd be working with, and then I got the job offer.
