First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at TouchPoint Support Services.
Administrative Assistant
It was a really fast process. First, I had a video call, then I went in person to meet the rest of the team. The interviewer was quite formal and had old-school expectations. The in-person meeting didn't go so great because I wasn't dressed in an outfit the interviewer thought was appropriate (I wore a sweater and jeans).
- How do you handle working under pressure?
Clinical Dietitian
I spoke with the manager of clinical nutrition, a senior dietitian, and a more junior dietitian. It was a casual chat where we went over my experiences in clinical dietetics. They really care about ICU experience and having a CNSC certification.
- What makes you a good fit for our team?
- Can you elaborate on your clinical dietetics background?
- Describe your experience working in an ICU.
Regional Director
I got a quick reply after applying. The recruiter was professional. The manager conducted a formal panel interview that included a 20-minute case study. The offer came in a timely manner, and the onboarding process was outstanding, with peer mentorship and corporate orientation in Atlanta, all handled very well. It was definitely my best experience joining a company.
- Be ready to present a case study to a hospital client who isn't happy with our services.
- Show your executive presence.
- Be adaptable to your audience.
Patient Transporter
I was contacted by phone for this job. The interview happened in the manager's office and lasted about 30 minutes. The manager and a team lead were there. I was told I'd hear back in about a week via email. They were pretty chill about the questions and had a laid-back vibe. They mentioned the hourly pay and gave a basic rundown of the benefits.
- What makes you want to be a Patient Transporter?
- What makes you a good candidate for this position?
- Could you share some information about your background?
