First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Totes.
Finance Manager
It was a pretty straightforward process with no surprises. Everyone involved was clear and respectful. They made sure I was comfortable and prepared, and they took the time to answer my questions before the interview. My only complaints are about the overall process.
- What makes you want to work at this company?
E-commerce Assistant
It was a good interview, the staff were friendly. It felt like a relaxed yet formally informal environment. They explained the company background and what to expect from the job. It was a very stress-free occasion overall.
- Can you tell us a bit about yourself?
Product Manager
The hiring manager initially called me, and then realized my previous role was an internship. She scheduled an interview but canceled it the day before. The interview was canceled and never rescheduled, despite my follow-ups.
- No questions were asked because the interview did not take place.
Assistant Designer
First, I had to do a design project as a take-home assignment. Then, I presented my project to the team and the VP. They asked me about my design process. The team also shared their own processes and what it's like working there. I was asked about my past jobs and how I've handled certain workplace scenarios. Finally, after the panel questions and review, I had a one-on-one with the director.
- What innovative ideas do you have?
- Can you tell me about a time you overcame a workplace challenge in a previous role?
