Commercial Leader
They take a long time to respond, a lot of back and forth for the recruitment process, and in the induction part, there is a lack of a more orderly and appropriate process for the positions, especially for a Commercial Leader.

While the operations manager is busy, members of their team conduct a screening until the operations manager has time to join the interview.
