The hiring process could have been better organized and used more technology. It took them over two months to get back to me, and the whole thing felt really chaotic. I get that startups might not have everything figured out, but they should at least have some processes to keep candidates interested.

The office manager seemed nice. The office was busy, so I had to wait a bit. When she brought me in, the interview went smoothly. She made me feel relaxed, not stressed. She asked me the typical interview questions. After that, she mentioned a second interview with their district manager. I never heard back after the second one.
