First, I had a phone screening with a really nice guy who gave me a quick rundown of what the Account Executive job is about. Then, he scheduled an in-person meeting with both himself and the hiring manager. I felt really good about the interview, pretty confident actually. The company seems to really value talent, people who can adapt, are self-starters, and are smart in different areas to handle the workload.
