I talked to Charles Broadhurst on the phone first to set up the interview. Then I went in person for an interview that was a bit over an hour long. We talked about basic interview questions and also information about the job. I really liked talking to Charles right away, and he was very upfront and honest about the job and sales as an industry, which I appreciated. It was a really good interview experience, and I was super excited about the chance after it was done.

Behavioral Other

Had an informal interview to check how I handle phone interactions, voice, and personality, crucial for this 100% phone-based role. They were interested in my goals and if I was driven by money. Then, an in-person interview where they mostly assessed cultural fit rather than asking many questions.

Behavioral Presentation

I applied online and heard back the next day to schedule an interview. The first part of the interview was Charles explaining the role in detail so I would know exactly what I was getting into and be sure I wanted the job. The second part was the usual Q&A where they asked about my experience, strengths, etc. It was a pretty relaxed interview and Charles made me feel comfortable.

Behavioral

The interview process was very calming and not super stressful like a lot of sales interviews are. Front office managers were very understanding. I had two phone interviews with Kelly who was very nice, and then had a final phone interview with Charles which was fun, but serious at the same time.
