First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Total Military Management.
Accountant
The interview process was smooth, but you'll need to meet with several department heads. Hopefully, you can schedule them within a few days of each other. Good luck. It's a very good start if you can get your foot in the door.
- What skills and experience do you offer?
Customer Care Specialist
Had an online video meeting with a few different teams. It was really chill and everyone was super friendly. Unfortunately, I never heard back after it was over, but the people were great. I do wish they’d at least send an email saying I didn’t get the job.
- Can you tell me a bit about yourself and your hobbies?
Logistics Coordinator
So basically, two people interviewed me. They asked questions about my past work experience and stuff like hobbies, you know? The questions were pretty direct, and it seemed like explaining a situation and how I solved it worked well.
- Tell me about a hobby outside of work that is appropriate for a professional setting.
Operations Coordinator
I had one phone interview, then two in person interviews. The first in person was with two managers who were shy so I talked a lot. The second in person was with a VP and another manager and they asked some harder questions. I got the offer the day after the second in person.
- Can you tell me what you know about TMM?
- Describe a situation where you had to handle a difficult customer.
- What are your hobbies outside of work?
