First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Total Health Chiropractic.
Chiropractic Assistant
It was a long process, involving a group interview, then a second interview, followed by a working interview, and finally a hiring meeting. It seems designed to see who is committed to the role. The process itself is straightforward, and the people I met were wonderful. They want to ensure they hire the right individuals to maintain smooth operations.

Rehab Assistant
We all got a mass email to come in at the same time for the first interview. It felt very impersonal. They herded us into a room like cattle, and the owner started the interview with us as a group. He mostly talked about himself and his expectations. He clearly felt superior to everyone. He never made us feel welcome; he was very cold and rigid.

Front Office
Job postings are usually online. I called a number and was asked to send a letter with my resume explaining why I should get an interview. The first interview is a group interview. If you get called back for a second interview, be ready for a long wait, about an hour of waiting after filling out forms for an hour. After that, they give you a food run as a test. If you pass, you get interviewed. If you don't pass, they send you home. They might not call you back in a timely manner to let you know if you got the job, like in my case where I got calls 3 days after they said they would get back to me.
- I was asked to go on a food run for one of the doctors while I waited to be interviewed.
Front Desk
The interview process was different than anything I've experienced, but I loved it! First, the owner talked to a group of us about the company and the jobs. Then, we each had a short individual interview. It was easy and informative! After that, I got a call to come back for a more formal interview where they asked questions and I asked questions. Then, I got another call to come back for a job shadow, which I LOVED! I got to see a typical day and loved what I saw. When I got the offer, I really wanted the front desk position because I knew what it involved. I'm happy with my decision!
