First, my resume was selected on the Infojobs platform, then there was a resume screening, and after that an online selection. This was followed by an interview with management. They talked a bit about Total and the company's journey, and how logistics grew in the job market during the pandemic. After that, we signed a temporary contract.

I was contacted via LinkedIn for this role, and the initial contact was very direct. Then, a first interview was scheduled with the recruiter, who was attentive. Several interviews were then scheduled with different stakeholders, and I made it to the final phase. However, salary and benefits were not discussed at any point. The entire process lasted for a month. The recruiter didn't seem to have a deep understanding of the role and avoided talking about salary and benefits. Surprisingly, after five interviews (which involved delays and rescheduling), I learned there's a process to 'improve' Gupy's statistics, suggesting potential high turnover. It wasn't a positive experience.

I had a disappointing experience interviewing with Total Express for the Operational Assistant position (6x1 shift, 11 PM to 6 AM, in the SIA cargo sector in Brasília-DF). The interview was scheduled for August 10, 2023, at the company's premises. The supervisor interviewed me, asking about my professional history, including details about my last job and previous role. We also discussed my past salary and the benefits Total Express offers. At the end, the supervisor said HR would contact me within 48 hours with feedback. It's been a week since the interview, and I haven't heard back. This lack of communication shows a total lack of respect for the candidates' time and effort. I believe the post-interview treatment reflects Total Express's organizational culture. The lack of transparency and communication shows a disrespectful attitude towards candidates. The company didn't show interest in meeting the deadline for feedback, which is essential for candidates to make informed decisions. My experience at Total Express left me with a negative impression of how the company treats potential employees. I hope this complaint helps the company recognize the importance of respectful and transparent communication throughout the selection process, ensuring a fair and professional experience for all candidates.
