I applied online and had an in-person interview the next day. A staffing agency was handling hiring for several roles and said they'd follow up fast. After two weeks with no word, I followed up and was told they weren't interested because I lacked startup experience and that they'd made a mistake not telling me sooner. The company seems to be in a rush with hiring and sometimes candidates get lost in the shuffle as they grow. The software looks great and the benefits are good if you can get in.

The interview process took a bit under two weeks and consisted of three stages: a recruiter call, a hiring manager interview, and an interaction with a company executive. The interactions were friendly and professional, some of the most human ones I've experienced in an interview. Although I didn't receive a job offer, I would consider interviewing with them again if the chance arises because they seem like good people and a good company.
