Nurse Practitioner
It was a really relaxed and straightforward interview process! Didn't feel stuffy at all! If you're an NP looking for a job, this is totally worth your time! They got back to me right away after the interview!
- What makes you interested in working at this organization?
Coordinator
This was a few years ago, but it was a professional process. I met with the owner and upper management to discuss the role and my qualifications. Since I had a referral from another manager, the interview was mostly a formality, but they did ask some real questions. I thought the interview process at the time was very well done.
- Can you discuss your previous experience in this field?
Coordinator
I interviewed for one position but ended up being placed in a different role. During my time in the office, I witnessed the termination of the previous employee in front of me, which they seemed unfazed by. I didn't have a formal HR meeting; instead, I spoke with the administrative manager, who is also the CEO's sister. She didn't seem keen on hiring me, but the CEO stepped in and decided to create a new position for me. The overall business operations were quite disorganized and indecisive.
- The interview questions were completely unrelated to the job I applied for, which caught me off guard given my preparation.
Support Planner
The interview process was super friendly and organized! Met some great people who were very professional. I enjoyed meeting the recruiters, interviewers, and HR. I also had to complete a computer assessment on site when I arrived for my in-person interview.
- Could you outline 3 action steps for a visit scenario?
