First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Torry Harris Integration Solutions.
Software Engineer
The interview was pretty straightforward. First, I had to do an online aptitude test. After that, there was a technical interview where they asked about programming, data structures, and problem-solving. The last step was a chat with HR about my communication skills, career aspirations, and if I'd fit in with the company culture. It was a good experience overall, and the interviewers were helpful.
- Could you compare Java and Python?
- Can you show me how to reverse a linked list in code?
- What distinguishes an abstract class from an interface?
Software Developer
It was a 3 round interview process. There was a technical, managerial, and HR round. Everything went well. The interviewers were easy to talk to. The questions were mostly about OOPs, projects you've worked on, and problem-solving.
- Can you explain the core principles of Object-Oriented Programming?
Software Engineer
The interview process included two technical discussions focusing on required skillsets and resume technologies. Then, there was a managerial discussion for behavioral questions and salary expectations. Finally, an HR round for salary negotiations, which are not heavily negotiated. I had to decline their offer due to another opportunity.
- Can you tell me about your skillsets?
- Can you elaborate on the technologies mentioned in your resume?
- Tell me about yourself.
