Had an initial zoom chat with the recruiter, then was asked to come in for an in-person interview at their Murray location. The in-person part involved a lot of questions focused on attention to detail and then a skills test where I had to go through practice files to show how I'd review them on the job.

First I had a phone call to set up an in-person interview. It was pretty easy and fun, I think it was just to check the application. The in-person interview was okay, not too hard but a bit unprofessional which surprised me. Both before and during the interview, they asked if I was offended by swearing. I said no, and when I asked why, they said it was because of a Glassdoor review. Instead of dealing with the issue, it's now just part of the culture? Haha. I didn't get the job offer, which is fine because the pay seemed weird. They told me a pay range on the phone, but then in the interview, it was $10k less, and the interviewer was trying to sell commission-based pay for underwriters. Yikes.
