The interview process was nice and I enjoyed talking to everyone. After the second to last interview, I was told I would hear about the final round by the end of that week. That didn't happen, so I reached out a week later and didn't get a response. I sent one last email after nearly two weeks and was told I'd get an update the following week. I never got that update either. I really liked the interviews and the take-home assignment was straightforward and worked well, so it was disappointing to be ghosted so late in the process.

I had a phone call with HR first, then a phone interview with a product manager. After that, I got a home assignment which was relevant and not too long. I then presented my work to a product manager and someone in management. Finally, they asked for references. The process was good - direct, fast, and honest. Everyone was nice and I got a good feeling about the company.

It started with a phone call from the recruiter, then an interview with the hiring manager, followed by a take-home assessment. After that, I interviewed with the team and then the CCO, and finally got the offer. The recruiter kept me in the loop the whole time. The rounds weren't too hard. Expect a lot of behavioral questions. Knowing the product and asking about the team and culture helps. The take-home test was mostly about how you'd react to different situations. Overall, it was a really smooth and pleasant experience.

The HR person reached out first for a standard phone chat. After that, I had a video call with the CTO where we talked about my role, the projects, the tech stack, and their company. Then, I was given an assignment: first, create a service that logs concurrency details to a file every minute. Second, set up Node.js+Express endpoints to retrieve data from the last few minutes and also to delete a specific entry from the updating file. Lastly, I discussed the assignment with two team leads, which involved a code review and questions about topics like var vs let vs const, SQL vs NoSQL, and callbacks vs promises vs async/await.
