The interview process started smoothly. I spoke with the hiring manager and had a really clear and direct conversation. We covered a bunch of different topics, both technical and management-related, and it felt like we were on the same page. He seemed positive about my candidacy and said the next step was to sort out the paperwork with HR. The second round with HR was also clear, but I got the impression she was being a bit personal and biased in her approach. Unfortunately, I got rejected afterward without any explanation, and I strongly suspect it was due to bias (ageism and nationalism) from HR.

The interview process was quick and smooth. However, I ended up rejecting the offer because the initial session with the relocation partner was really bad. They seemed clueless about assisting with relocation for Asians when there isn't an Estonian embassy in their home country.

5 rounds of interview, it was a difficult task and the team members in later rounds agreed it was too much for the timing allowed. The hiring manager and team members seemed lovely. Overall, the interviews were not too difficult.
