Sales Associate
It was a two part interview process, with about 5-6 questions each. Pretty standard questions asking about customer service experience and interacting with customer problems. All the interviews took place over Zoom or phone call. I don’t think they do any in person interviews.
- Can you share an example of a challenging customer interaction you've had?
Key Holder
First, send in your resume, but a cover letter would definitely make you stand out. The chat is pretty chill. They'll want to hear about your past retail work, how you'd handle tough customer situations, what your aspirations are, any cool creative stuff you do, and when you can work.
- What kind of hobbies do you have?
- Do you have previous retail experience?
- Can you describe how you'd handle a difficult customer?
Sales Associate
It was pretty chill, we met at a coffee shop nearby since they didn't have an office. They asked me about myself and my past jobs. Mostly, it felt like they were just seeing if I'd fit in.
- Can you share a challenge you faced in your previous role?
