Sales Manager
The interview process was pretty straightforward and objective, conducted in a respectful and professional way. The conversation was smooth, with clear questions and answers, and the whole thing felt calm and comfortable.
- Can you share a challenge you've handled in your career, including the steps you took and the outcomes?
Software Engineer
Had a phone call with HR to set up the interview, but the interviewers weren't the same 4 people that were initially specified. Video cameras weren't used for most of it, until halfway through for one person. Another person had bad audio and sounded like they were driving home. They only asked C++ questions and no questions about personal skills. This turned me off immediately; they seemed to only want my technical skills and not to get to know me as a person. I was told I'd hear back in the first few days of the next week, but it took over two weeks to get a response.

HR Generalist
The process started with an online interview via Microsoft Teams on Nov 2nd. The recruiter was late for this interview, but it was otherwise structured and went well, leading to an invitation for a second round. The second interview was on Nov 8th with the Office Manager and Country Manager. This interview started on time and went well. I was told I'd hear back by the following week, with the recruiter reaching out by Nov 18th. Meanwhile, my references were contacted and provided availability promptly, but the recruiter never followed up. Today, Nov 23rd, after I followed up twice, I was informed they decided to move forward with someone else. They didn't even call to inform me, which is a red flag given my HR background. Overall, it was unprofessional and disrespectful of my time and network.
- Could you tell me about yourself and why you think you're a strong fit for this position?
- What qualities or experiences make you a suitable candidate for this role?
Product Manager
The hiring process was really long. A recruiter reached out in August. I did an initial phone screen and we had a great conversation. They said they'd update me in about a week. About 3 months later, I got another call to come in for a 4-person onsite interview. I went, did well, and then didn't hear back for another 2 weeks until they presented an offer. The whole process took about 6 months.
- Can you share your experience with project management?
- Recount a time you disagreed with your boss.
- What are your main motivators?
