There are 2 interviews, sometimes 3 if they need a tie-breaker. First, you have a phone call with HR. Then, you meet with the hiring manager and the team for a 2-hour interview, where you'll answer non-technical questions.

The interview process was pretty good and not super intense. Practicing beforehand questions like 'tell us about yourself' would be helpful. Overall, they did not go super in-depth accounting wise, which I was a bit nervous about.

I sent my resume back in Aug 2020. About 2 months later, HR reached out to set up an initial HR phone call. Then, two weeks after that, I had a phone interview with the hiring manager. After another 2 month wait, I was set up for 5 video interviews with the manager and four other team members. Then, 2 months after that (so like 6 months in), I had a 3rd video interview with the manager. Throughout these waiting times and even now, my attempts to follow up via email and phone calls have been ignored. No updates at all. Every time I think I'm out of the running, I get contacted again for another interview.

I applied and got a 30-min phone interview right away, it was unscheduled. The recruiter mentioned it was a work-from-home role, we talked about salary, and she said she'd reach out the next week. I called her the following week, and she asked if I was still interested and could set up a virtual chat with the manager that same day. I said yes. The interview was going well until I noticed the manager seemed more interested in learning about my current company's procedures. Turns out, it wasn't a remote job after all; I'd have to relocate, and the salary was less than initially stated. They expect 50+ hours of work weekly and seem to be micromanagers. I lost interest but was told they'd contact me in a week about the next steps. I never heard back from them, no rejection or anything. The recruiter and manager were very nice, though. I would suggest better organization and communication for their interview process.
