The interview is honestly a joke. You wait in their office for hours and at any given time there are 70-80 people there waiting to be interviewed. The actual interview lasts maybe 3-4 minutes at most. If you get called for a second round, they take you to see a "campaign" which is really someone on the street pitching their client to random people. They make you answer questions in a notebook literally on the pavement where its uncomfortable and pretty pointless. If you get through you then go back to the office (transport costs are incurred on your own, btw) and then there's a "final interview" which is pretty much the same as the first one, you also have to wait a solid hour or two before they call you in.

The process moves quickly, which I liked. They usually email to schedule an interview shortly after you apply, and they want you to come in right away. They'll assign a time, and while you can reschedule if needed, they're pretty flexible. The interview happens at a shared space with many other candidates, making it feel like a cattle call with young, inexperienced people. The interviewers greet everyone the same way, you fill out a generic form, and then wait. Even though I arrived early, my interview started about 45 minutes late. The interview itself was brief and felt generic, possibly because they were running behind. They didn't go into much detail about the role, just mentioning their only client is Hello Fresh. It seemed like the job involved street-level sales for Hello Fresh, which differed from the advertisement. If the first round went well, they'd email for a second round, which for me was the very next morning, posing a scheduling challenge due to my commute, leading me to withdraw from the process.

The interview process was straightforward and easy. I sat down with the CEO, who was very nice and made me feel comfortable. The first interview only took 15-20 minutes. I got a call to come back for the second part.
