Customer Success Manager
It was a pretty standard process. First, an HR screening call, then I interviewed with the hiring manager, and finally, I did a presentation to the hiring manager and another manager for the last interview.
- Can you introduce yourself?
Customer Success Manager
The interview process involved a few in-person meetings followed by a presentation. It was generally quite straightforward, and everyone was really welcoming, making it seem like a fantastic company to join! Although I didn't end up accepting, I would consider it in the future.
- Prepare a presentation that includes various scenarios.
Customer Success Manager
Had a phone screening then an in person interview. They didn't tell me about a one hour, handwritten skills assessment beforehand. I was there for almost two hours and never got a response when I followed up about the job. Pretty unprofessional since I spent two hours of my time for a job that pays less than similar roles elsewhere.
- What's your method for organizing your daily tasks?
