HR consultants reached out and kicked things off. They'll check your resume to see if you're currently working for competitors. Then there will be about 5 rounds of interviews: one with HR, one with your direct supervisor/manager, panel interviews with folks from related departments, and finally with the MD and VC. The whole thing should wrap up in about 2 months.

After filling out the application, I had my first interview with the HR manager. This was about 30 minutes long and involved some basic questions. Then, I had a second interview with the VP where we discussed my past experience and some hypothetical situations. It was a relaxed and friendly conversation.
