Manager
HR consultants reached out and kicked things off. They'll check your resume to see if you're currently working for competitors. Then there will be about 5 rounds of interviews: one with HR, one with your direct supervisor/manager, panel interviews with folks from related departments, and finally with the MD and VC. The whole thing should wrap up in about 2 months.
- How would you manage challenging situations?
- Can you role-play a PD workflow and demonstrate how you would resolve any issues that arise?
- What makes you the ideal candidate for this position?
Merchandiser
I applied online and got an interview 5 days later, suggesting they needed someone urgently. The first interview was with HR and didn't involve a written test. Then, the sales manager interviewed me, asking about my background and work experience. The process wasn't too difficult, and I'm now waiting for the results.
- Could you share an instance where you guided a team through challenges despite lacking resources?
- How would you handle a situation where your views conflict with your supervisor's?
Manager
After filling out the application, I had my first interview with the HR manager. This was about 30 minutes long and involved some basic questions. Then, I had a second interview with the VP where we discussed my past experience and some hypothetical situations. It was a relaxed and friendly conversation.
- Could you describe your previous experience?
