First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Top Flite Financial.
Account Executive
The interview process was very detailed and informative. They want to make sure you are a good fit for them as they are for you. They also talk a lot about being open to working with others, being a part of a team and offering help when and where you can.
- How would you describe your work ethic?
Mortgage Loan Officer
I had the opportunity to shadow the workplace for a few days before the actual interview. This was super helpful because they wanted me to see what the day-to-day tasks were like for employees and to figure out if this was the right career path for me. I met with a bunch of licensed LO's who told me the pros and cons of the industry and explained what makes Top Flite different from other mortgage companies. Their commitment to helping people with their home loans was really obvious. It felt like something I could really get behind and do in the future.
- What's your best approach to managing your time?
Post Closing Specialist
You meet with the HR manager and your potential department manager. They alternate asking questions, and then ask if you have any questions for them.
- Can you describe your previous work experience?
- What interests you about joining our company?
- What are your long-term career aspirations with us?
Inside Sales Specialist
It was a pretty chill interview process. Everyone there seemed to really like their jobs and they seemed to care a lot about the company culture. They asked me about working weekends and if I could work on my own and with others.
- Would you be okay with working weekends?
