Data Analyst
So, for the intern position, there are 3 main steps. First, a quick 15-minute phone screen where someone will chat with you. After that, you'll do a data analyst exercise, and then finally, there's a final round interview. And that's pretty much it!

Technical Writer
About 2 weeks after the application deadline, I spoke with the hiring manager for 30 minutes. Then, a few days later, I had a 1-hour writing test to complete. Three weeks after that, I interviewed for an hour with the hiring manager and the marketing manager. Two weeks after that, I had a meet and greet at the office and then got an offer.
- What negative feedback might your least favorite manager give about you?
Contract Specialist
I got a bot email saying they were interested, then another bot email to set up a phone interview. Then the interviewer set up an interview with the COO and hiring manager. After that interview, I had to do a writing test and provide writing samples. The next thing was a HR bot asking for my references. ?? No salary was discussed, but they wanted my references. What stage were we at? Who knows? HR finally replied and said it's normal for the candidate to ask about salary! It was my job to ask, and I didn't! They were annoyed I didn't want to give references for a job without knowing the salary range! No thanks, I don't want to work for a company that plays games or is unprofessional. Transparency and professionalism are always the best. It's funny how a bad HR person can quickly ruin a candidate's view of a company. Toole, you should rethink your HR team and hire people who will represent the company positively. Every candidate knows that if there are glitches or unprofessional events during interviews, it will only get worse after being hired.
- Tell me about yourself.
Project Planner
It was a quick 30 min video call, then I had a timed writing exercise about transportation planning. After that, there was an hour virtual interview with my potential manager and the area director. Then they asked for references. I think there was supposed to be a meet and greet next, but they selected another candidate so I didn't get any further.
