The interview process was easy to get through, questions were clear and concise, not stressed during the process at all. Going through the 2 initial interview stages was quite easy, and the people doing the interviews were very understanding and lovely to speak with.

You apply for a job, and if they like you, you get an email to schedule a video interview with the recruiter. This call is pretty short and the recruiter is nice and answers all questions. I messed up my interview time, but they were cool and rescheduled. Then you have a skills test day where you go to the salon and work with some models to show what you can do.

It was a bit different when I was hired, but now it's a two-interview process. The first is a classic interview where they ask you questions and you respond, covering experience and how you handle yourself. The second interview is in-salon. You bring a model, which is typical for the industry. They're not judging your skill, but rather how coachable you are and how well you present yourself.

Submitted CV, then got an interview offer. A few days before the interview, I was given some pre-interview assignments to complete via email. I sent my responses back before the actual interview. The interview itself was a bit strange, the interviewer kept going off-topic, talking about random stuff and their personal opinions. Also, the location is really out of the way, on the outskirts of London and hard to get to. Be careful with Google Maps, the office is right by a canal.
