Specialist
The interview process started off okay and moved pretty quickly, I got confirmation to move to the final round. After that, communication just stopped. I never got a rejection or an update on scheduling, and eventually, the job posting was taken down, so I assume they filled the role. The whole thing took about two months. It would have been nice to get some formal communication, considering how much time and effort I put into it.
- Could you detail your experience with specific tools relevant to this role?
Mechanical Engineer
The interview process involved 3 rounds. First, I chatted with the HR manager. Then, I spoke with the ME hiring manager. Finally, I had a 2-hour virtual interview, split into four 30-minute sessions with three managers and one teammate. The whole thing went quite smoothly. They kept in touch throughout, checking on interview times and being flexible with scheduling.

Senior Software Engineer
Applied online and got contacted by a recruiter. They scheduled a late call with a leader, then a disorganized onsite spread over 3 days that week, so I had to take the whole week off. They didn't let me pick my coding language and made me use one I wasn't ready for, unlike my current job. The interviewers were rushed; one was late and cut the session short, another was late and ended early. The coding part got interrupted 3 times due to Zoom link issues. After the onsite, they gave a 5-day decision timeline, then asked me to wait another 5 days after 7 days passed. I followed up after another 7 days and got an immediate rejection with no feedback. This whole thing took 42 days, used 5 vacation days, and involved 5 hours of unpaid coding. My take is they're a startup focused on vibes over process, seeking polish rather than capability, with a poor work-life balance.
- Can you describe how you integrate DevOps practices into your day-to-day responsibilities?
- How would you calculate a user's longest weekly streak using their workout data?
HR Analyst
The whole thing took about a month. Multiple interviews and one technical assessment. There was an interview with the recruiter, then the hiring manager. The excel assessment, another interview with the hiring manager and also the senior manager. Then a panel interview with 2 other members of the HR team. Then an interview with one of the top executives. The whole process was exhausting. Wish I had checked these reviews on the interview process ahead of time. It was a complete waste of my time. Initially I was told there were 2 interviews and an assessment. Then they kept adding more interviews, and even went MIA for a while. Very unprofessional, sloppy, and inconsiderate.
- Can you share an instance where you demonstrated independence in your work environment?
