Product Manager
The HR rep was super nice and I got a good vibe about the role. They patiently answered all my questions and set up the next chat with the hiring manager. Unfortunately, the hiring manager got sick, and I guess that was the end of the opening. HR went quiet and never got back to me after my emails. It was kind of funny though, I got a survey from tomtom asking about my interview experiences.
- Can you tell me about the metrics you defined in your previous roles?
Product Manager
I only went through the first 2 steps: first, a recruiter call where she was super efficient and nice, and she actually thought I might be a better fit for a different role. Then, a product sense interview with a VP of product.
- Could you name three products you admire?
- For one of those products, what strategy would you suggest?
- How would you determine if a product is successful?
Associate Product Manager
I had three interviews. First, an HR chat about my general qualifications and salary expectations. Then, a professional interview with my manager. Finally, a case study.
- What are your salary expectations?
- Can you describe your responsibilities in your current role?
- Who are your main collaborators in your current job?
