The interview process was pretty organized and they kept me in the loop. The questions felt right for the job and were a good way to show off what I can do. The people interviewing me were nice, professional, and got back to me quickly. They knew their stuff, were polite, and made me feel relaxed. They asked good questions that let me show my skills.

Had a call with an internal recruiter to get to know each other. They explained the interview process but were unable to specify the company's tech stack or what to prepare for if I moved forward to the assessment stage. The interview questions weren't overly difficult, but they didn't mention beforehand that there would be a React question, which was a surprise. Even the example question was generic and language-based, not focused on libraries or frameworks. I thought it would be similar to LeetCode-style questions, but the ReactJS questions were more practical. I was expecting a general JS question as mentioned. The assessment was scheduled for the same day as the initial call, leaving no time for preparation. There was a 24-hour deadline to complete the online test; once started, I had 1 hour to finish.

It’s good and nice environment. All overall processes is good . Everyone is friendly and willing to help each other. I’m excited to see the new opportunities. Recommend anyone to join the group
