The interview process included a group interview that felt impersonal and took up half the day. It seemed more like training than an actual interview. I felt this step wasn't necessary and the recruiter should have handled the shortlisting.

We started with a group discussion about a topic, then there was a written test where I had to write a professional email and answer some computer questions. After that, I had a face-to-face interview, and the last round was a final interview with the Manager.

I applied in early June and got a call for an interview two weeks later at 8 AM. The HR person asked me about my motivation and salary expectations. Then, she said she would check with the managers and get back to me about an interview. I received an email later that day with the interview details, which was scheduled for two days after the call. After I confirmed my attendance, I was asked to study more about the company. The interview itself was conducted by two people from the Telematics department. They asked me questions about myself, and then during the interview, they asked what I knew about the Telematics department's services and products. I tried to explain what I remembered from their website, but they weren't impressed because I only had a general overview and not specialized knowledge. This seemed odd since the products are for businesses and not accessible to individuals. They mentioned they had more questions about their products, but since I didn't know enough, they changed the subject. This really gave me a negative impression of their interview process. I felt these questions weren't suitable for a first interview as they don't help interviewers get to know the candidate. It also makes me question their training process, even though they mentioned it's intense. They told me I'd hear by the middle of the next week about a second interview with the Head of Support. As expected, I didn't hear anything that week. It took them 7 business days to respond. Two main things affected my experience: 1. The long time it took them to get back to me. 2. Asking questions not suitable for a first interview. I hope this feedback helps them reconsider their recruitment and interview process.
