A recruiter reached out and set up a call. The interviewer was really hard to understand and didn't seem to get my questions either. I did my homework on the company and how Covid caused a 400% surge in business for at home health and asked how business operations have changed now that covid has died down. The interviewer was super short with me and said that their business of home care has nothing to do with covid or at home test kits (I didn't even mention test kits). I also tried to give her examples of my experience and she kept on mentioning at home test kits when I did not and had to keep on correcting her that my experience in healthcare is not test kits. It was a lost cause where she thought I didn't know anything about Tomorrow Health, when she appeared to be the one that didn't. Tomorrow Health, please get better recruiters.

Director of Engineering
A recruiter from Tomorrow Health reached out to schedule an interview. We exchanged a few emails to set a time. The day before the scheduled interview, the recruiter cancelled the meeting's calendar invite but didn't send an email to inform me. I inquired if the cancellation was an error, but received no response, and the recruiter did not call at the scheduled interview time. Other reviews on Glassdoor mention similar experiences; it's unclear how they expect to attract good candidates when they treat applicants this way.

Customer Experience Associate
scheduling the first interview was really hard, it was last minute and I had to wait ages because they got swamped. I talked to an HR person who asked some weird questions and couldn't even tell me anything about the job. Then I had interviews with four different team members over a few weeks, and some of them didn't even know what role I was applying for. To top it all off, Tomorrow Health totally ghosted me after all those interviews, not even a rejection email. It really shows how they value people.
- What are some common interview questions you've been asked?
Executive Assistant
I was recruited on LinkedIn for the Executive Assistant to CEO role. The communication was poor and it felt like the company didn't care about the candidate experience. I had a call with the recruiter, sent a thank you note, and then didn't hear back. I followed up about a week later, and the recruiter offered another call. He asked similar questions to the first call, and again, there was no follow-up. It seemed like the recruiter knew I wasn't a good fit from the start but went through the motions.
