The interview process went pretty well overall, but there was an issue with the background check. I got an offer letter and a training schedule fast. However, because I have a felony from 20 years ago, they basically stopped talking to me and rescinded the offer. There was hardly any communication, even after my boss of 10 years sent an email to back me up on my character and work.

The interview process was really straightforward and the questions were pretty basic. Honestly, you don't even need to prep any questions beforehand. It was a great experience overall. I'd definitely recommend working there. The managers were nice but also kept things professional during the interview.

It started off well, with a friendly HR person. There were four interviews in total. It was pretty disappointing because on two occasions, they used the wrong name for me. Honestly, I wouldn't have taken the job even if they'd offered it.
