The interview process was quick and the people were really nice. I spoke with a district manager first, and then with a store manager. They asked me about my previous work experience and how I could contribute to the team. They made the whole thing very comfortable, and I genuinely enjoyed meeting everyone I interviewed with.

I got a text asking if I was free for an interview and I had one the next day! They're doing virtual interviews with the hiring manager because of COVID. I made it to the next round, which is an in-person interview with the store manager.

I applied n via their website & was then invited in for an in-person interview. I felt the interview went well as I was told that I would be brought in for another interview the next week. I followed up with the person that interviewed me via email but did not even get a reply. I also sent a thank you card via snail mail and still did not get any feedback about my candidacy. It is standard courtesy to let candidate know that they are not selected for a second interview especially if they had been told in person that they were selected for a second interview. Very poor candidate experience. They lost my interest in a job with them and a customer.

The interview process was in depth and detailed. Dogs are the best part of this company! However, a word of advice to owners, stop trying to manipulate the salary by including 45 hour workweek, healthcare and 401k match in the “total salary”. Never in my career, have I seen a pay structure like this. Candidates: don’t try to negotiate your salary at this company, they will rescind the offer. It’s 2023 and employees are what will make or break your business, don’t try to nickel and dime your employees to save a buck, not a good look.
