Since I knew someone there, I went straight to the hiring manager. After that, I had to do a background check, and then I met with the office manager for orientation and to fill out paperwork. The whole thing took about two weeks.

The atmosphere was really professional. The interviewer asked me a bunch of different questions and was super nice. They gave me some situations to walk through my sales process. Honestly, the interview felt really fair and was pretty quick. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a sales gig.

The hiring process here is pretty unusual and I felt like they didn't really care. I wouldn't be shocked if they get decent people to stick around, but probably not top-tier talent. It feels like they judge you based on your resume and then on who you are as a person. What really annoyed me was that I spent two weeks chasing an interview, only to find out after I went in for it that they'd changed their minds and the job wasn't even available. They should really be more mindful of other people's time and our resources. I also didn't like having to go through a gatekeeper at a desk to get an interview. It's not the 1970s. It's a disadvantage for candidates to have to deal with someone who probably has no real-world sales experience.
