The interview process is really long. It starts with a phone screen from the manager, followed by an in-person meeting with the manager. Then, you'll meet with everyone on the manager's team, then an HR representative and another manager, and finally, the director of sales. Most of it is pretty straightforward, but you should practice the STAR technique, even though it feels a bit outdated. The HR person will ask you to convince them to relocate to your city. The sales director is a bit arrogant and asks some really unusual trick questions; he seems a bit insincere.

The interview process was a full day, involving meeting with people across different levels of the company, starting from managers, then peers, the department director, the VP, and finally the CFO. I know this was a while ago and I assume things are different now.

There were several interviews with long waits in between. Communication was poor, and they reposted the job before informing me I didn't get an offer. It was very frustrating, and I won't apply there again. Their pay is below market, and I got the sense it's not a good place to work (people even told me I 'dodged a bullet').

The interview process was okay, but they made me interview a lot and ultimately didn't offer me the position, which felt like a waste of time. However, it was a learning experience, and I don't think it was worth the time spent.
