Got contacted via LinkedIn. First, there was a screening call, then a phone interview, and finally an in-person interview. I interviewed with the CS and Sales Manager on site. Received an offer within a week and they offered a quick start date. Don't be put off by the empty-looking sign above the office; they aren't open to the public.

  • I'm not comfortable sharing the questions I was asked because I've signed a confidentiality agreement in general. I'm not sure if it applies to this situation, but I'm erring on the side of caution.

The interview process was easy. The recruiter reached out soon after applying and was very pleasant. I am in the process of the next steps and looking forward to what's to come. Either way it's been smooth so far.

The interview process went pretty smoothly. I enjoyed meeting the director of IT services and director of software development, and the help desk supervisor. They were all very friendly and treated me with respect, even though I wasn't qualified for the position. That's rare for a company to do, especially in LA. The recruiter was also very professional and skilled in the full cycle recruitment process. He was friendly, courteous, and good to work with, one of the best I've worked with. He isn't like some arrogant, mean, and amateur recruiters I've dealt with. I enjoyed interviewing for the position, and it sounded interesting with lots of growth potential. Sadly, I didn't get the job, but I hope to work for them in the future.

The interview questions were super vague and general. The first call was just background questions, no tech stuff. Then I had a face-to-face with the VP who gave me a really general requirement and asked me to design a solution. I tried to ask more, but he didn't give more info. The office itself was quiet, like a law office, with individual offices for engineers.

  • Could you design a solution for an elevator program?
