Customer Success Manager
The HR phase was very clear, they described the job and its missions. Then the manager interview was similar, with an additional business-oriented use case. I got a quick answer by phone, about 10 days later.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Client Service Associate
Had an initial phone interview. The interviewer seemed interested and asked about salary expectations, willingness to relocate, and to learn more about me. The next steps involved completing a credit check. I haven't heard back since.

Analyst
I started by networking during the summer after my Sophomore year, meeting firm members to understand the process and company. Then, I had first and second round phone interviews in September and October, followed by an online superday in late October. I received my offer a week or two after. The people were great and I enjoyed the interviews, which were very behavioral. They seemed keen to get to know candidates well, likely due to their strong culture and desire to hire good people.
- What draws you to Wealth Management?
Wealth Management Intern
It was a 30-minute interview on campus, then a follow-up interview at the office that lasted about an hour. They asked questions about my resume, so I made sure to know it really well and have examples ready, and also showed I really wanted to work there. The Tolleson team was great, super positive vibes. It was a good interview experience and I'd suggest this internship if you're looking to work somewhere that's all about service with a unique environment.

- What's your interest in Tolleson?
- What draws you to the field of wealth management?
