Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Toll Brothers.
Sales Consultant
The interview process was professional and pleasant, but the lack of communication and updates for several weeks was quite frustrating. I had to proactively contact the recruiter for information. It made me think about other home builders that might be better to work for.
- Could you tell me about your experience in sales?
Sales Consultant
It was a long interview process, but they were professional and really made sure it was a good fit for both of us. They were clear about the process and what they expected. I did have to follow up with the hiring manager about feedback and what the next steps were, but I guess that's what they look for in a candidate.
- What are your long-term career aspirations?
Sales Consultant
The interview process was great and all the meetings were clearly laid out. I got quick responses from the interviewers about the next steps or when to start the job. Everyone was really open about the role and what was needed, and they answered all my questions thoroughly.
- How will your previous sales experience help you succeed in selling new homes?
