I got referred by someone I knew and then a recruiter called me to talk about my experience. It was pretty straightforward. He called me again to set up an in-person interview with the HR VP. I first talked to the recruiter who asked me basic stuff again, like my background, what I'm good at and not so good at, and what I know about TB. The recruiter was really cool and made me feel comfortable. Then I met with the HR VP, who wasn't as friendly and asked the same general questions again. It felt like they had already picked someone by the time I got there. I didn't get the job, but the recruiter said they'd keep my information on file.

it was a little long. I met with 2 people back to back and then about 5 more people in a different interview. it was a little intense but everyone was really nice and easy to talk with.
