Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Toll Brothers.
Intern
First, I talked to the hiring manager, then I spoke with the office manager. They wanted to hear about my background and schooling. It was a pretty relaxed chat, no hard technical stuff. They are really looking for someone who has done work on the kind of projects they're working on right now.
- Can you elaborate on the experiences listed on your resume?
Intern
It was a phone screening first and then there were 2 rounds of interviews. I think the questions were pretty standard for business roles. I didn't make it past the second round, but I think it wasn't a super long process.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- What do you consider your biggest strengths?
- What do you consider your biggest weaknesses?
Intern
I had a 30-minute meeting with the hiring manager at his office. I also met some of the team members in the group. It was a quick and easy process. Everyone I met that day was really friendly.
